Quote to replace Automatic filling valve and pressure gauge for a Worcester Combi boiler.
I've had a plumber remove the existing Automatic filling valve in the last two weeks. There is no shower/bath hot water at present. Radiator heat working fine though so this quote sought is for the automatic filling valve only and pressure gauge if needed.
Debris build up to be flushed out once installed.

BER Cert I need to get an updated BER cert for my house.
Ive had a solar system installed and I need to get a BER for the grant application.
The house was originally a B1 rating (96.41 kWh/m2/yr) but now has 5.16KW of PV panels on a south facing roof, with a 45 pitch, and no shading.
That is the only change to the house.
