House is a bungalow(1981, 600sq ft.) detached with large extension built in 2003(additional 900sq. ft. Attic converted approx. 540sq. ft) 5 brdrooms, 3 bath, double glazed windows. Oil fired central heating. Extension is 6inch timber frameceith 6 inch fibreglass insulation in walls. 300mm fibreglass above ceiling upstairs. Solar install will connect to.grid and divert any unused power to grid under micro-genwration acheme. No battery, no hot water heating. Best regards Richard
