..am contacting you to inquire about options and prices for a complete roof rebuild in a property we have recently purchased in Windy Arbour (Dublin 14). It is a 1920's semi-detached masonry cottage with a pitched roof covering an area of ~50 m2 and a newer extension with a flat roof ~16 m2. We would be interested in rebuilding the 50 m2 pitched-roof into a vaulted roof, allowing a higher ceiling level (there is a small attic space that would be eliminated). It seems that this project would require an extension/slight modification of the existing internal walls as well. Regarding the flat-roofed extension, we would like to have the roofing checked out/repaired, but not rebuilt as we are planning on creating a new extension at a later stage. I would be very grateful if you could let me know whether this is a project you would be willing to carry out and an estimate of the total cost in your hands. Many thanks, Sergio
