BER Rating Hi,I would like to get a quote and book a standard BER assessment for my apartment in Clane, Co. Kildare (84 sqm, built in 2006, gas heating).The certificate is required by my bank for mortgage purposes (Green Mortgage application), so a standard assessment for sale/finance is sufficient. There is no hard deadline, so I can adapt to your availability.I have a quick question regarding the property upgrades:The gas boiler was replaced in 2025 with a new Viessmann model, and I have the paperwork for it. However, the windows were upgraded to triple-glazing, but unfortunately, I do not have the invoices or manufacturer data sheets for them.( I will try to contact to my contractor)Could you please let me know how you handle upgraded windows without paperwork during the inspection, and what your best price is for this assessment?
