I'm looking for a quote for a BER assessment to be done on a 1960's 3 bed Semi-D with a garage conversion, added wet room and kitchen extension done about 20 years ago.
First double glazing done c.1984 - several still in place. Second upgrade done on new extension, garage and wetroom and upstairs bathroom only, when extension was installed.
Attic has insulation (may need replacing) and new smart meter. Located in Perrystown, Dublin 12.
We are looking to go for an SEAI grant to improve the energy efficiency.

We have a flat roof that we would like to get inspected with repairs/repainting carried out if required to extend useful life.
This needs to be done for an L shaped extension with dimensions 4.45m x 3.61m plus 2.25m x 4.35
We need similar work to be carried out on our shed which is 4.45m x 2.82m.

Flat roof above kitchen extension needs re-felting. Also a couple of verge tiles need replacing. Can you provide me with an approximate quote please? The roof is roughly 3m x 3m. Please find photo attached of the roof in its current state.
Roof Roof leak on ground floor extension. small extension on the side of house . It is only happening rarely and when there is a lot of heavy rain. It’s like there’s a leak and in the roof the rain gathers and water runs down the wall inside. Happened maybe 3 times in the last year but want to get it looked at before the bad weather sets in.

I am contacting you to inquire about options and prices for a complete roof rebuild in a property we have recently purchased in Windy Arbour (Dublin 14). It is a 1920's semi-detached masonry cottage with a pitched roof covering an area of ~50 m2 and a newer extension with a flat roof ~16 m2. We would be interested in rebuilding the 50 m2 pitched-roof into a vaulted roof, allowing a higher ceiling level (there is a small attic space that would be eliminated). It seems that this project would require an extension/slight modification of the existing internal walls as well. Regarding the flat-roofed extension, we would like to have the roofing checked out/repaired, but not rebuilt as we are planning on creating a new extension at a later stage.
I would be very grateful if you could let me know whether this is a project you would be willing to carry out and an estimate of the total cost in your hands.
